Damaged or Faulty Items

To start your claim, please email our support team at service@movlive.com instead of using the online returns portal. Please include:
- Your Order Number.
- A brief description of the fault.
- Photos showing the item and the packaging as it arrived.

- Please do not return the item before your claim is reviewed.
- We’ll contact you with the best solution and guide you through the process.
General Return Policy
- Return Window: We accept returns within 60 days of receiving your order.
- Condition of Items: All returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
- Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you’ll need to return the original item and place a new order.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
Important Notes
- Responsibility for Return Shipment: While Movlive is responsible for the safe delivery of your order to you, once a return is initiated, the responsibility for returning the item lies with you. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure the item is safely returned.
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned items and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges (unless the return is due to a faulty or damaged product). Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel your order before it has been packed and shipped, please visit My Pages on our website. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process after receiving the item.
