How do I place an order on Movlive?
Placing an order is simple. Here’s how you can do it:

- Choose the quantity and, if applicable, select any product variations (size, color, etc.).
- Click on the “Add to Cart” button, and the item will be added to your shopping cart.
- To review your order, click on the cart icon at the top right corner of the page and select “View Cart.”
- When you’re ready to check out, click on the “Checkout” button.
- In the checkout process, you’ll enter your shipping details.
- After confirming your information, click the “Place Order” button.
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order number.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We aim to ensure all items are in perfect condition when they leave our warehouse. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at service@movlive.com. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We want you to love your new kitchen storage solutions. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 60-day return policy. Please follow these steps:
- Notify us of your intent to return the item within 60 days from the date of delivery. You can do this by emailing us at service@movlive.com.
- Once we confirm your return, pack the items securely and send them back to the address we provide.
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Once we receive the returned items, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Will Movlive deliver large products into my home?
For larger items, our standard delivery will bring them to the curbside or your front door. In-home delivery may not be available for all products. Please refer to the product details or contact us for more information.
